July 11th: D. Fong's Chinese Cuisine opens for business in Savage!!

June: D. Fong's expands, adding a dining room with seating for fifty-four.

December : David Jr. is awarded Savage Chamber of Commerce's "Businessperson of the Year"

        David Sr. is inducted into the MN Restaurant Assoc. Hall of Fame!

2007

March 27th : David Jr. & Amy happily announce the birth of their first child, David III !!

2008

October : Fong Family Celebrating 50th Year in Business!

October 27 : Bloomington declares "David & Helen Fong Day!"

November 12th : We add a new family member : Baby Elizabeth is born!
